Our programs are designed to protect and empower children during the most vulnerable hours of the day — 5 PM to 8 PM — by offering positive, structured, and engaging activities for youth in Troy, NY. We serve children ages 7–15, creating a safe space for them to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

🏈 Flag Football Program
Ages: 9-13
Season: August 1 – October 15
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: Local parks and schools
This co-ed flag football league promotes teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship. It keeps kids active while building trust, respect, and leadership on and off the field. Coaches are trained to support emotional growth alongside athletic development.

🧠 Self-Esteem & Confidence Workshops
Ages: 7–15
Frequency: Monthly
Topics Covered:
• Positive identity & self-image
• Dealing with peer pressure
• Public speaking games
• Building inner confidence
Our workshops help children recognize their strengths, practice affirmations, and learn to love who they are — all in a fun, interactive format.

🧮 Youth Financial Literacy
Ages: 10–15
Frequency: Bi-weekly
Topics Include:
• Needs vs. wants
• Saving & spending
• Making a simple budget
• Earning money through chores or services
We make money fun and meaningful with games, group challenges, and real-world applications to prepare kids for long-term success.

😤 Anger Management & Conflict Resolution
Ages: 7–15
Style: Small group discussions and role-play
Goals:
• Teaching kids how to identify feelings
• Strategies to de-escalate emotions
• Problem-solving with respect
• Using their voice constructively
Our trained facilitators guide children through real-life scenarios and age-appropriate lessons that build emotional intelligence and social awareness.

Activities Include:
• Painting and drawing
• Music sessions
• Spoken word / storytelling
• Vision board building
Art is a powerful outlet. These sessions are designed to reduce stress and give kids a voice, especially those coping with trauma or tough environments.

Skills Taught:
• Hygiene and self-care
• How to do laundry
• Conflict-free communication
• Respect for self and others
We prepare youth with foundational tools they can use every day in school, at home, or with peers.

💬 Community Circles (Open Mic Evenings)
Held every 4th Friday at 6 PM
These special nights allow youth to speak their truth, ask questions, and connect with each other in a safe space. From open mic nights to community dinners, this is where healing and unity take root.
